Lessons I have learnt from TV series 'The Good Doctor'

  • If you want something, ask for it.

  • If they do not give you that thing, please do persist.

  • Always show willingness to learn, even in the face of criticism.

  • It takes time to build trust, do not EVER EVER rush.

  • Ask for names and preferences when you first meet somebody, lest you should need it.

  • Sometimes, it take sentences, not questions, to get an answer.

  • Do not be arrogant, sometimes it's better to ask for help.

  • 'Don't forget you're the smart one. You can do anything.' - Steve Murphy

  • Sarcasm can be answered with sarcasm.

  • Do not raise hope, then extinguish it.

  • In a relationship, be proactive, just ask for what you want (but do not rush nah :vv).

  • Sometimes it gets cold, but don't worry, it's fine to feel cold.

  • At work, if you want to quit your job, please make sure to hand in a two-week or one-month notice! - Rule of Courtesy

  • 'Whenever people want you to do something they think is wrong, they say it's reality' - Steve Murphy

  • 'We don't need to be insecure, because every step of the way, we've had to be twice as good as everybody else.' - Audrey Lim
